Finally, after encountering several game postponements and cancellations due to heavy rains the previous week, the HAAI championship games and awards were pushed through on a fair-weather night of May 9, 2007. The Red Stallions emerged as champions in the novice division after beating Pukpok. In the midget division, the Blue Team routed the White Team to get the hotly contested trophy. In the invitational games, the Ingat-Yaman team bagged the volleyball championship trophy while the MICS team under coach Edmund Espiritu prevailed upon Ingat-Yaman team of city hall to win the basketball championship trophy.
